We had the best time at Sofitel. From the minute we stepped out of the cab, Jeremy made us feel welcome. Even though our room wasn't ready for early check in, they were so accommodating with bags and let us go to the pool. The restaurant staff, concierge, check in receptionists were all fantastic. We truly felt like we were in paradise! The pool is so beautiful and the turn down service was amazing. Thank you to EVERYONE at the Sofitel!
