I am a guest of the hotel and I have been going there regularly on average once every two months for more than 3 years. Despite my platinum status, I have never benefited from any advantage such as a well-placed room or even indoor convenience (iron or espresso coffee machine). And when I send an email for a reservation no one responds despite my reminders.

Hotel is nice- Ac in the room nit really good Poor internet- you barely can work and wifi was not connected in all area of my room Thx to euredice for her best in class service- always smiling and she is one of the best receptionist i ever met willing to help and her smile and energy-
