There is a choice of transport options as train station and tram are directly outside the hotel. Friendly hotel staff and in particular the twin bar staff members had a great sense of humour!

Great hotel for a holiday and business. Great location and very comfortable rooms. Food in the restaurant is delicious. Breakfast excellent. Staff in all hotel areas was very nice and helpful. It was my first time here where I spent unforgettable moments with my family . Thank you😀😀

Decent business hotel with comfortable rooms. Nice modern reception area and check in/out was easy and quick. Breakfast was nothing special but ok. Walking distance to many of the main attractions/sights. Easy to get Uber from here to places further away.

3 Rooms and still so many issues

We were on a Gate1 tour so we left Vienna in the morning and arrived in Budapest. As soon as we arrived in Budapest we did a city tour. Let me tell you it was 95 - 100 degrees so it was hot. We were looking forward to getting to our room to shower and change for dinner cruise on the Danube. We checked in and went to the first room they gave us, which smelled like vomit. The smell was so strong that we waked right back to the front desk to change rooms. I told the gentleman at reception that the room smelled and how small it was. After having to argue to changed rooms he gave me keys to a second room. Let me tell you this room was so small we could not even fit our luggage in the room. (We have photos). I told them the rooms are nothing like the photos they said you have to read the square feet - very misleading. Down to reception I go for a second time - I am so hot and miserable at this moment - all I wanted was a cold shower to get get ready. I asked for a manager this time and there was not one on site so I spoke with a female supervisor. I explained to her what happed and she admitted that the second room they gave us was very small and usually only used for one person stays. Finally, she gave us a room on the 7th floor, which was the same size as the first room and did not smell. Now I am happy to finally take a cold shower to cool off and no cool water only hot!!! It took so much time to check in that we barely made it to dinner. Also, our air conditioning did not work. The room temperature hovered around 80-81 degrees with the air conditioning set for the coldest setting. I couldn't even get my make up on as I was sweating. We did not sleep and could not even get ready properly because we were sweating profusely but there was no use in going downstairs a 3rd time because nothing was going to change and by then we had given up.

Very good hotel. Good central location. Staff friendly. Clean and tidy. Bar and meals on ground floor. Very good breakfast on first floor. Room and bathroom clean and tidy. Safe and fridge in room. Plenty of space in room but not large. view over city and park. Would recommend.
