Birçok Novotel'de kaldım, ama ilk defa böyle kötü bir deneyim yaşadım. Odaya girdiğimizde yerde saç ve tırnak kalıntıları vardı. Perdeler neredeyse düşmek üzereydi ve duş musluğu çok eskiydi. Odanın temizlenmesini istedik, ama yeterince temizlenmedi. Oda camları tam kapanmıyordu ve dışarıdan gelen sesler odanın içine giriyordu. Odaya bırakılan sular bile açılmıştı. Verdiğimiz parayı kesinlikle hak etmiyor. I have stayed at many Novotels, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. When we entered the room, there were hair and nail clippings on the floor. The curtains were barely hanging and the shower faucet was very old. We asked for cleaning, but it wasn't done properly. The windows didn't close completely, letting in noise from outside. Even the water bottles left in the room were opened. It definitely does not deserve the money we paid.

Beautiful 4-star hotel for a one night stay, everything was in order. The room was clean and spacious and even though it is located near a busy street, we couldn't hear the traffic at all! The beds were very comfortable and the TV was huge! Great hotel, perfect for a short stay.

Mary Pobyt służbowy - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

zaskakująca postawa pracowników recepcji, jeśli chodzi o wyjaśnianie kwestii zgłaszanych przez gości. Nigdzie na stronie hotelu/oferty nie ma informacji o (w naszym przypadku) dodatkowej opłacie 25 euro. Pan w recepcji nie był ani komunikatywny, ani pomocny, również w kwestii wyboru waluty podczas płatności. Po czym w dniu 06.06, czyli jeszcze przed wyjazdem tj. 07.06, kiedy poprosiliśmy o fry okazało się, że to jest jakaś kaucja, która zostanie zdjęta z płatności. Pani również nie była ani komunikatywna, ani pomocna. Po prostu czuliśmy się jak "natrętni" goście, którzy mają nieuzasadnione pytania/uwagi.

Rewelacyjny hotel. Byliśmy w Budapeszcie na weekend i ten hotel to był strzał w dziesiątkę. W samym centrum, wszędzie można dojść pieszo, ale jeśli ktoś preferuje komunikację miejską to hotel jest przy stacji metra. Do najważniejszych atrakcji można dotrzeć w 15 min. Pokoje czyste, woda, kawa herbata w pokoju. I najważniejsze, obsługa bardzo pomocna. Mogliśmy bez problemu wcześniej zostawić bagaż w przechowalni, chętnie służą radą jak zwiedzać miasto, pyszne śniadania. Polecamy i mam nadzieję, że niebawem wrócimy :)

My name is Zilya. I have loved my experience at this hotel and I would especially like to highlight the service. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would especially like to thank the Front Office Manager Attila Lénárt. When I was checking into the hotel, I realised I left my phone in the taxi. Mr. Lénárt took all the immediate measures to solve my problem. He contacted the operator, explained the situation and managed to get my phone back within half an hour. I am extremely thankful for his concern, time and effort. Wishing lots of success to Mr.Lénárt and to the whole hotel team!
