Hotel staff friendly etc. you pay a safety deposit of course but get back after. We stayed on 6th floor due to the other floors having refurbished you’ll hear drilling etc from underneath during the day but will die down in the evening. Close to trams and metro only round the corner.

Whatever you do make sure you take pictures of the room before you leave because I saw in YouTube that this hotel is a scam. A buddy of mine who has a YouTube channel was very upset after his parents complained about the mattress that was stained. When they checked out the next day, the general manager charged his parents a fee because allegedly there was crap or feces found in the bathroom stall, which was an out right lie.

This hotel is disgusting, bed linen was dirty and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeepers did nothing and front desk ignored all complaints. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and please find a different hotel. I’m surprised and disappointed that there are hotels like this in this day and age.

The hotel is located centrally and is very near to bus and metro stations. The transportation available right in front of the hotel takes you to all major tourist attractions without the need to change. The restaurant hall is very beautiful - charming style from the imperial period of Austro-Hungary. Exquisite décor details that are a feast to the eyes. Quality breakfast products, well chosen and prepared for a perfect start of the day. The lobby bar is also very good - beautiful serving and delicious food and drinks. The bathroom cosmetics was also very good. If I need to mention something that I didn't like, this is the policy of the hotel to not clean the rooms if not specifically requested. The carpet in the room was also quite worn out and in spots. Overall, it was a very nice stay in Budapest.

Good location. Clean rooms. Would have been nice if breakfast was included, or at least not so expensive. Would probably stay again due to nice location and price. There was only one thing that really annoyed me. We had a room overlooking the street, and wanted to open the windows to be able to look outside, up and down the street. The windows would only crack open. There was a sticker on the window that said we could request to have windows opened all the way, but when we requested that, they refused (even though there were metal grates on outide so people couldn't fall out anyway)
