Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms were great had everything you needed. We had 2 rooms booked and 1 was far bigger than the other hence 4 stars. But lovely & comfortable, tea & coffee facilities, basic minibar, and a bottle of water on arrival. Staff were all very helpful, friendly and efficient. Great choice for breakfast too, and just kept replenishing. Great location with bus, tram & metro right on your doorstep! Would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed with the Nemzeti Hotel Budapest. The experience, amenities, and staff did not meet the standards I expect from the MGallery Collection brand. Having stayed at several other MGallery hotels, I must say this one was the worst. On the first day of our stay, right after check-in, I entered the room and discovered a dirty, wet hand towel left in the bathroom sink by the previous guest or the cleaning crew. I raised this issue with the reception staff, but all I received was a forced apology. As a Gold Member, I expected much more. Secondly, the shower's drainage was not functioning properly, causing water to accumulate after every shower. Additionally, the staff at breakfast were not attentive - some food items were missing for a significant amount of time, forcing me to return every 5–10 minutes to check if the items I wanted had been refilled. The entrance to the hotel was almost always dirty. While I understand the hotel is located on a busy street, the staff could have been more attentive to this issue, as it leaves a poor impression on arriving guests. There were several other minor issues that contributed to our dissatisfaction, making this stay far below the standard we’ve experienced at other Accor hotels. We will definitely not be booking this hotel again.

Hotel bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany (przystanki: tramwaj, autobus, metro), restauracje, sklepy. Spokojny hotel z pięknymi wnętrzami - w częściach wspólnych. Pokoje komfortowe (pokój superior), w rzeczywistości prezentują się lepiej niż na zdjęciach, jednak przydałoby się odświeżenie. Łóżka bardzo komfortowe. Pokój bardzo cichy - od strony dziedzińca ( 3 piętro). Wspaniała obsługa w hotelu (recepcja, śniadanie, serwis sprzątający). Na miejscu można zakupić wycieczki. Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany.
