However, I am very sorry to learn that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies for the service you received at reception and in the restaurant. 这次的入住非常好，酒店前台的工作人员也非常的负责和专业。窗外的风景也很好。早餐的选择有点少，孩子们不喜欢早餐的搭配，第三天孩子们都不想在酒店餐厅吃自助的早餐了。

地理位置比较方便，也能看到达令港天际线，不过主要的海景被前面建筑工地挡了一部分。入住寄存行李时一位前台有点mean，进行李间时稍微整理多十来秒行李都给我们咂嘴，态度非常差，包括后面几天需要帮助或服务时都是类似这样，可能也是前台人手不足，经常只有一位。餐厅也很缺人手，服务不过来，不过餐厅侍应态度好得多。酒店装潢和硬件、房内卫生基本就是三星水平，绝对不值平均2000多的房价。wifi经常连上了没多久就要重新登陆或者没有网络，估计是带宽或者软件设置问题。糟糕的体验，不会再来。

很糟糕的体验，在这呆的第一天就想马上走或者换房间，但是每次三个柜台的前台，只有一个工作人员，任何事排队都需要很久，电话也常无人接听。房间很小
