Dear Liying, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. I am pleased to hear that you appreciated our location and the harbour views. However, I am very sorry to learn that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies for the service you received at reception and in the restaurant. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments will be shared with the team so we can improve. I also regret the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi connection and the condition of the room. I am pleased to hear that you found our location convenient, however I sincerely apologise for the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. I regret the delay you experienced during check in, as well as your disappointment with the room size.
