地理位置比较方便，也能看到达令港天际线，不过主要的海景被前面建筑工地挡了一部分。入住寄存行李时一位前台有点mean，进行李间时稍微整理多十来秒行李都给我们咂嘴，态度非常差，包括后面几天需要帮助或服务时都是类似这样，可能也是前台人手不足，经常只有一位。餐厅也很缺人手，服务不过来，不过餐厅侍应态度好得多。酒店装潢和硬件、房内卫生基本就是三星水平，绝对不值平均2000多的房价。wifi经常连上了没多久就要重新登陆或者没有网络，估计是带宽或者软件设置问题。糟糕的体验，不会再来。

很糟糕的体验，在这呆的第一天就想马上走或者换房间，但是每次三个柜台的前台，只有一个工作人员，任何事排队都需要很久，电话也常无人接听。房间很小

check in 非常慢，房间很小，向前台多要一床被子被拒绝.

住得不错，但退房被翻白眼种族歧视

8月26日当地时间十点多，前台办理退房，退房办好，前台金发女笑着问“Do you like eating rice?”，我当时有点蒙，还在想为什么莫名其妙要问大米，下意识回答yes，然后对方马上冷脸翻了个大大的白眼。路上感觉不对劲，上网查了才发现前台金发女问rice是种族歧视东亚人。 人生第一次被种族歧视，因为这个想打零分，但酒店别的工作人员和服务都还不错，综合只能4分了。希望公司重视这个事，种族歧视不是小事。
