白金会员入住，给了一间低楼层的充满臭氧刺鼻味道的房间，之后要求换房，给了一间同楼层连通房，正对建筑工地，采光非常差，很难不怀疑因为是中国人被针对了。早餐区的管理人员十分不耐烦，大吼大叫。总体体验垃圾到家了，严重避雷这家，建议住对面的索菲特。
