Superb location right by the ferry port and main bus terminal (although no noise or any related issues). Overlooking the stunning marina and a short walk to some restaurants. We were really lucky to get an upgrade on arrival to simply “the best” room / suite / apartment I have ever stayed in, in my entire life!! No exaggeration. Really helpful team and amazing breakfast added to this 6 star experience. When on Magnetic Island the bus service is amazing ($1aus day ticket) and the marked walks are a must. The Forts Walk brought us into very close proximity to koalas in the wild. Loved every minute.

Forced to change dates by one day. Room was moved. We had a lovely view of the IGA and car park. It was incredibly noisy from 4:30 am. There was no soap in the shower left. And the room was not serviced.

As discussed at the time of your reservation change, the new room did not include a view guarantee, breakfast, or in-room housekeeping, though amenities are available for collection at Reception. I apologise if this was not clear. Please know that, as we were fully booked, we were unfortunately unable to offer an upgrade to a room with Marina views. We’re pleased to hear that our reception team made a positive impression, and we appreciate your feedback regarding breakfast service.
