The deck chairs around the pool were full of mould. The small pool was stained brown. Went for breakfast at 9.55 to be told too late. They had already cleared the buffet. Asked to have a couple of items brought to the room at reception they never turned up. When they came to clean the room they never vacuumed the floors in 9 days. They dont have a pepper grinder in the restaurant, seriously!!! Im pointing these things out as Peppers was a good place to stay and I would come back again. They just need to lift their game. Thank you.

Our stay was fabulous, we very very fortunate to have been given a room upgrade to a 3 bedroom Harbourside room. The only issue was for the first 2 night we had a very noisy room next door that were loud on their balcony every night which deterred us from sitting on the deck. Also young children screaming though the night.
