Dear Marie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry your stay did not fully meet your expectations. As discussed at the time of your reservation change, the new room did not include a view guarantee, breakfast, or in-room housekeeping, though amenities are available for collection at Reception. I apologise if this was not clear. Please know that, as we were fully booked, we were unfortunately unable to offer an upgrade to a room with Marina views. We’re pleased to hear that our reception team made a positive impression, and we appreciate your feedback regarding breakfast service.
