We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment. The room was dusty (on top of the microwave, behind the tv in the bedroom, the shelves in the kitchen) kitchen cupboards were broken, bathroom fittings were hanging off the wall, air con controller holders were just about falling off the wall and the air con had been replaced by walls still hasn't been fixed up. I am allergic to dust so I had to take antihistamines just so I could sleep because the blanket was also dusty.
