Great location next to the ferry, really accessible. Rooms are lovely and spacious with a rain shower. Beautiful pools that are the perfect temp to jump straight into, with views of the marina.

As return guests we were disappointed with deteriorated carpet and furniture in the living room. The bed and towels were clean but the carpet was not showing signs of end of life as was the lounge. Cleaning was also poor in the restaurant as we noticed an accumulation of dust and old food scraps in the bench seat beside us at breakfast.

We put in a special request to be on the ground floor ( elderly patron ) was give room on 3rd floor, no lift. Was upgraded to a ground floor so that was appreciated. ordered cuban sandwich for lunch, was a slab of roast pork, cheap bottled pickles, american mustard out of a bottle, not a cuban sandwich that i remember. waited a long time for a machiato coffee. restaurant was only 1/4 full if that. there seemed to be a staff looking very busy not no one actually serving the patrons. staff were very pleasant but didn't really seem they knew what to do especially in a establishment like Pepper's I expected more, sorry.
