We were probably in one of the worst located rooms in the hotel, with our view overlooking the bottle shop across the road and where the cars line up to hop on the barge. At 1:30am someone decided to put all of the rubbish bins out on the street, directly outside of our room. They was no intention to keep quiet and they were very loud. It took them until 2am to put them all out. Then at 5am the garbage truck came. Very poor.

While this is outside the resort's control, I understand how frustrating it would have been. I'm also disappointed to hear you felt your concerns at check-out were not acknowledged appropriately. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and I will be following this up with the team. For a quieter outlook, we recommend our Marina View Studios, which are located away from the street and offer a more peaceful setting. Thank you again for your comments.
