Great experience at the Novotel in Bagna, Bangkok. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the hospitality was excellent. Special thanks to Beer and Rama for their kind and attentive service. I really appreciated the smooth check-in and overall welcoming atmosphere. Would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. On the evening of February 1 (around 9–10 PM), a gentleman ,Mr.Pond, from the front desk patiently listened to my concerns regarding a room issue and kindly assisted with a room change. His professionalism and calm attitude made me feel truly cared for. On the morning of February 3, a female staff Ms.Mickey, also provided quick and thoughtful support to help arrange another room change for my guest. Her efficiency and kindness were greatly appreciated. Thanks to both of them, everything was resolved smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy our stay. Their generosity and attentive service truly reflect the high quality of this hotel. We sincerely appreciate their help and would gladly stay here again.
