Was just here for a 2 week stay as we chose the Novotel Sukhumvit 20 as our location for a complex meeting bringing together our global partners and staff to strategize. The hotel has some very pretty features, such as the rooftop pool, but what really made the experience was the quality of the staff. Our events manager, Juthamart (Chompoo) did an incredible job getting us what we needed and making sure everything ran smoothly for our event. The concierge team and the front desk team were also incredible helpful when inevitable problems arose. They took care of our guests so well - specially noting Bruze and Aong from the concierge team and Boyd, Ying, and Opal from the front desk team. These folks went above and beyond to provide care and hospitality throughout our stay. If having another meeting in Bangkok, we would return and will recommend to other groups!

It was a great night that I experienced the Sky on 20 for my first time. The staffs provided me very polite service. Khun Jane, Mind, Ben and Khun Kong are very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and wonderful. The cocktails are the best, the taste is very good. I like the Aloha so much. I will take my friend come to join me next time. I will come back often. 🥰

We stayed here for two nights after arriving in Bangkok to start our Thailand honeymoon. The hotel was lovely and modern with a great bathroom. The hotel left us some flowers and cake for our honeymoon on arrival which was a lovely touch. The property is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The train station is nearby too, but we didn’t use it during our short visit. Don’t miss the sky bar or the swimming pool.

We stayed for one night for a staycation and some city exploring, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained, offers full facilities, and is in a great location. While it’s not on a main street, it’s within walking distance of two BTS stations, making it convenient for getting around. The area doesn’t have much variety in terms of street food, but it’s close to The Emsphere, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The hotel also hosts a pool party, which adds a fun vibe to the stay. Overall, it’s a nice place for a short getaway with good amenities and a convenient location.
