Khun Kittiya and Front office team, they are very helpful all of things we need they always find the information for us. This time we lost my wallet when check out and not sure it’s in the room or not, they enthusiastically to find out with housekeeping, unlucky we lost it somewhere in Bangkok. I came with friends who always stay here when visiting Bangkok. The rooms were clean and had everything that I needed. My bed was quite large and very comfortable. They have parking if you have a car which was convenient for us. It is close to a number of shopping malls. There is a pool and a rooftop bar which has some great views, but I think you need to pay a small amount if you want to use the pool during the day as it belongs to the next-door hotel. We had breakfast and it was yummy and had a variety of different types of food to choose from. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Bangkok.

The hotel boasts a super convenient location, just a 2-minute walk to the Phrom Phong BTS station, with a 24-hour 7-eleven right downstairs. Surrounding it is a complex of 3 large shopping malls with a wide variety of restaurants. The staff were welcoming and enthusiastic, and they kindly accommodated our early check-in because my wife is pregnant. The room, while not spacious, was well-equipped and comfortable for our family with 3 suitcases, and the large bed was cozy. The TV and internet were stable, and the air conditioning was good with decent soundproofing. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast and gym due to the many things to explore around the area. We will definitely return!
