Upon arrival I have booking problem. However, Zonya and Printer at the lobby they have solved my issue. Thank you for their service. The room I got is clean and quiet and nice decor.

Beem staying with Novotel Bangna yearly, and this year, its not different and has been nothing short of excellent. From check-in, counter staff Toi & Ratt were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Manager Beer who is also on duty, helped a great deal when i came earlier than the normal check-in timing of 2pm, and unconditionally helped to get me a room immediately with a free upgrade! My executive room to Suite! Awesome food to say the least, will definitely choose thus stay when i come Bangkok for work yearly. Highly Recommend!

Great Atmosphere and Affordable price. Checking in and out with Zonya was quick,efficient and effortless. She made me feel welcome. Good location near BKK Airport. Close to public Monorail System and easy access for Taxi and Bolt services. Room was very clean and Tidy with Safe and plenty of linen. Service staff was fast and efficient. Little to no external or internal noise. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with a myriad of choices of both Western and Thai cuisine.

staff K Pla she is the best, serviced mind, food is average delicious. Salopao (bun) is nice. the food arrived quite taking time, so order what you like to have all at once. or you will be full while waiting

Ice skating competition basically tourist

Rooms are big and the staff are so accomodating becauce given us early check in with our exausted four hours flight from cebu philippines to bangkok so we were able to rest well before having a thailand adventure so much for that also love to go early swimming with friends and eat there breafast buffet down the square restaurant
