Ugly building , set in the business area of Chur. The rooms, whilst clean, were the smallest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The balcony we had was large, but functional, to say the least . Daughter didn’t use hers, as on most balcony’s there is just a really low divide between balconies easily step over able, affording no privacy at all. Claims the bar is always open, yet to get any ice proved really tricky. Think we’d stay in the old town next time.

After all, the building is shown in pictures on all booking platforms. And the pyramid is unique in Chur! We find it anything but ugly, but of course that is a matter of taste. Great place and staff

A very cosy, neat and clean hotel. Great stop if you are taking the bernina train route. We stayed there for a night with family and loved the comfort of the rooms. There is a McDonalds too that surprisingly had great vegetarian options. helpful staff and great rooms !

Over Priced. Rooms Are small. Location is the Best Part

Location is the only thing i liked. Rooms are very small but have a balcony facing road is a relief. Dint find it worth for what they charged other than the location. They ask to pay some local taxes other than city tax , which we denied & asked to collect from the booking website. They dint give us the guest cards too. Breakfast was normal. Checkin wasnt that smooth.

Nice Hotel

This hotel is nice and well located, when you stay here you get free use of public transport in and around Chur. We had a family room on the top floor. I was disappointed that all the other rooms seemed to have a balcony except ours. Our room was nice, airy and clean. My only issue was the sloping walls and banging my head on beams. The breakfast was expensive so we bought coffee and pastries from the garage next door,

Beautiful hotel, lacking soundproofing

Beautiful family room at the top floor. This exceeded our expectations! The lift does not go up to the top floor but that did not bother us. The breakfast was average but it was enough for us. Parking conveniently located under the hotel. The hotel was quite nosy - we heard people speaking in their rooms. Also, the window shutters are electronic and you cannot avoid hearing when other people are closing them late in the evening/night. Also on Friday and Saturday nights, there were quite a few cars speeding up close to the hotel which you can clearly hear into the room.
