Rest assured that the Standard of the service that you encountered during your previous stay fell well below our usual high standards, and your feedback has been passed onto management to review and address, to prevent future occurrences. We are extremely disappointed to hear that you were underwhelmed by your stay. We consider maintaining said services and facilities and the overall standard of operations here at Novotel Brighton beach of the upmost importance. That said we sincerely regret that you feel we fell short in some areas. We are truly apologetic for the temporary closure of the facilities.
