Bon emplacement, belle chambre et salle de bain refaites récemment, hélas travaux dans l’établissement et service inefficace.

We are extremely disappointed & apologetic to hear that you were underwhelmed by the staff member that served you. Rest assured that the Standard of the service that you encountered during your previous stay fell well below our usual high standards, and your feedback has been passed onto management to review and address, to prevent future occurrences. Indigne du groupe ACCOR. Même pas un ibis. Vous réservez une chambre pour 8 heures et vous payez pour cela à notre arrivée 13 heures la chambre n'est pas prête. Nous insistons mais voilà que la catégorie supérieure spa n'est pas disponible. On nous propose un upgrade sans spa, nous finissons dans une chambre spa standard non rénovée. Le temps c'est arrêté en 1976, les commandes de la climatisation dont d'un autre siècle, mobilier en triste état. Le balcon vue mer est d'une saleté sans nom et il faut exiger que quelqu'un vienne le nettoyer en expliquant qu'il y a 200 chambres. La vue mer donne sur le chantier de la piscine et il faut souffrir le bruit du chantier. Évidemment piscine et jacuzzi sont inaccessibles, sans avoir averti le client auparavant. Tâches suspectes aux murs plafonds et sol. Je passerai sous silence les toilettes tellement petite qu'il faut les utiliser la porte ouverte, ou les moisissures dans les joints ou le bouchon du spa. Membre du programme de fidélité nous avons la chance d'avoir un verre d'accueil, mais le bar est fermé, le room service n'est pas joignable au téléphone. Et pour finir on vous amene deux coupes recouverte de film plastique qui ne seront pas retiré par le personnel.Bref payer ce prix pour cela est purement scandaleux.

Tout est à refaire dans cet hôtel qui date des années 80 et où rien n'a depuis été mis au goût du jour. Situé près des pistes de l'aéroport, l'hôtel est tres bruyant. A éviter donc si vous recherchez le calme et la modernité.

Our location, being right by Botany Bay and Sydney Airport, can often be a little on the noisier side as our rooms face right towards the water and runway. Despite this, Sydney does impose a fly-free zone and henceforth, the noise should not exceed 10:30pm. We do offer double glazed rooms for those who have a preference - please feel free to ask for these, should you ever return to stay with us again. Furthermore, to address your thoughts on our rooms, we are in fact in the early stages of a renovations period which will take a more modernized look to our hotel, both from a rooms and facilities standpoint. L'hôtel est vieux , mal placé , bruyant , la.nourriture est correct. Le parking est payant 25$/j ça fait cher et en plus on peut difficilement trouvé une place en dehors. Bon y a la bible dans la chambre mais le Coran aurait été plus utile, vue la clientèle très orientale. Bref pour une nuit ça va , au delà aller voir ailleurs.
