Dear Spooky, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. We’re so pleased to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay in one of our Ocean View Rooms. It’s great to know the space, layout, and little extras—like the dining area and sofa bed—worked well for your needs. We're glad the games room and Accor Plus welcome drinks added to the experience, especially during the school holidays. Our beachfront location is definitely one of our favourite features, and it’s lovely to hear you found the nearby parking convenient too. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you and your family back to Novotel Wollongong again soon for another relaxing getaway. Sincerely, Novotel Team.

We are glad you enjoyed the buffet breakfast, in-room dining, and were able to take advantage of the late checkout to relax a little longer. And how lovely that you had a daily visit from one of our local cockatoos—they do have a knack for charming our guests!
