I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam. The early check‑in was handled smoothly and professionally, which made our arrival very comfortable. The birthday surprise for my younger sister was absolutely lovely — the cake, champagne, and personalized card made her day truly memorable. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.

Very good location in Gangnam. Very nice staff, especially the front desk and concierge people. Room is a bit small but worth for its price.
