Hello, thank you for leaving us a review. We're sorry the experience didn't live up to your expectations. We apologize. I think there was a misunderstanding; you can bring a plastic water bottle; it's not prohibited. For ecological reasons, we no longer provide them in your rooms and instead have a filtered water fountain with glass bottles available. For your information, the reception is open 24/7.
