I wanted to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel on Friday, 28th November 2025. I travelled from Scotland for a sporting event, and my experience with your hotel truly made the trip more enjoyable and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Our executive room was spotless and exceptionally well equipped, including thoughtful essentials such as toiletries, cotton pads, nail file, razor, and shower cap, as well as an iron and a fridge stocked with water and juice. These thoughtful touches allowed us to travel very light, which was greatly appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable (i describe as sleeping on a cloud)—honestly the best sleep I've had in a hotel—which was perfect before my competition. Although there was renovation work taking place, we had been advised in advance, and as it was carried out only during daytime hours, it had no impact on our stay. I also appreciated the lemon water and fresh fruit available in the lobby—another thoughtful gesture that made a difference. I will definitely be returning to your hotel for future visits to Madrid, and I will happily recommend you to others. Thank you once again for a fantastic stay.

An absolute disappointment! Here's why: 1. The hotel is under renovation, and you get to know this only once you arrive here - no prior notice at the time of booking! The jarring sound of heavy drilling is a constant irritation! 2. The room AC doesn't work properly. 3. The intercom telephone in the room is out of order. No response on complaining at the front desk. 4. You are asked to go to the adjoining Novotel Hotel for your breakfast. 5. The swimming pool doesn't have any water, instead, the renovation material is lying strewn around! 6. The room wifi is absolutely erratic - you are not sure when it will stop working, or when it is going to come back. 7. At the moment, the entrance (the one being used) to the hotel has not even a lobby or a front porch! I don't see why this hotel is being allowed to accept bookings of unsuspecting customers, who get to know what absolute disaster is awaiting them only once they step in, by which time it is too late as they may have already paid the total amount of hotel booking online. I very strongly recommend to stay away from this Pullman!

Location good for stop over Parking under hotel at a cost. Greeting good. Loyalty not acknowledged. Room excellent. Cleanliness excellent. Bar missing (closed for refurbishment, not advised on booking, on completing online check-in or in the interim). No food consumed as restaurant missing. (as bar) Swimming pool small and shaded in afternoon, closed at 6pm Issues: not being advised of need to use the neighbouring Novotel bar and restaurant as Pullman ones closed. Special mention - save money and book the Novotel until refurbishment complete. Value poor. Stayed 1 night.

Like a mausoleum

Athmosphere of a mausoleum. Cold and highly uncomfortable. No style and revolting. Never again. After a wonderful trip of 6 weeks around Spain that has been highly pleasant, welcoming and exciting Pullman at Madrid airport feels like an awsome anticlimax. You feel like in a hotel of the remote countryside of Siberia and absolutely not in welcoming culture- rich Spain.

rooms are spacious and neat and clean. mr. lim help us a lot. he is well trained and wonderful gentleman. hotel is under renovation. so we have to go to novotel for food. food was yummy. they have vegan options. locality is wonderful. a beautiful garden is nearby. overall superb stay.
