Toulouse was a great surprise on our driving tour and this hotel was a winner all round. Tricky to find the parking entrance as the sat nav tries to take you to the other side of the block entirely, but once parked up and you take the lift into the foyer, you are met with a huge, fantastically trendy and cool, urban style reception/bar/meeting area. Sensational. The pricing was also nice and keen and we took a suite as a little treat, albeit it was way cheaper than some of the lesser venues we stopped at. Massive and well appointed. Location was fine on one of the inner boulevards and ten minutes stroll down interesting streets to the city’s main square. Areas for improvement? Just change your publicity shot. You’re selling yourselves well short. This place is a winner and I commend it.

From the moment we arrived we felt looked after, especially by Damion who helped us find the parking and carried our bags (and helped again when we left!). We booked a superior room which was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast including some regional specialities (loved the violet honey). The hotel has a trendy, modern vibe in the lobby area and is located next to a park with a lovely Japanese style garden and is walking distance to bars, restaurants, the river etc.

This is a convenient, well-run, modern, spacious hotel, just a little outside of the historic centre but within easy walking distance. Very clean well appointed rooms - we had everything we needed, and the staff was most accommodating and informative. Great breakfast - endless cups of latte! And very affordable. We love the Mercure chain.

I cant say enough about this lovely hotel. Service was outstanding. Staff super helpful. Hotel super clean and updated and smelled wonderful. Room price excellent. Room was large and super comfortable Tv had English channels. One person in our party in a wheelchair and the room was beautifully equipped and accessible. Proximity to gardens and back patio were wonderful. Breakfast was complimentary food delicious and fresh and comparable to 30 Euro breakfasts I have had. Will return and recommend

I spent 3 nights in the hotel (room 323), which is located close to Pierre Baudin congress center. Room was comfortable. My major concern is about room cleanliness and housekeeping in my room. When I arrived at the reception the first day, it was asked me if I agreed to have my room cleaned every other day for ecological remand environmental protection reasons. I answered that I agreed with that. However, when I came back for my third night: housekeeping had not been done in my room: the trash can was full, the bed was not made, the shower and sink had not been cleaned, a bottle of water and coffee pods had not been added on the table… I immediately warned the receptionist of this great inconvenience, but nothing was done. Altogether, I am not satisfied at all regarding housekeeping and cleanliness in this hotel. It is not acceptable for a luxury hotel!
