However, we understand that the room size did not entirely meet your expectations. While our cozy rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, reflecting the vibrant, urban spirit of Amsterdam, we do offer larger rooms that may better suit guests who prefer more space. However, we apologize for any inconveniences experienced regarding the room size and pricing. Our rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, reflective of the typical Ibis experience, and we strive to provide value through our amenities and service. Nonetheless, we regret that you felt limited with the welcome drink options. While our bar menu has a selection of complimentary welcome drinks, we will consider your suggestion to include more non-alcoholic options like mocktails. Our cozy rooms, though modest in size, are designed for comfort with modern amenities, including our Sweet Beds by Ibis, and high-speed WiFi for connecting your devices. We take pride in our diverse breakfast buffet, available daily until 11:00 AM and extended until 12:00 PM on weekends, to start your day right. Nonetheless, we are thrilled that our convenient location in the heart of Amsterdam contributed positively to your travel experience. Proximity to major attractions and transportation hubs is indeed one of our hotel's highlights, with Amsterdam Central Station just a stone's throw away. Our dedicated team members, including Dylchen, Majinte, Ashraf, and Christian, are always on hand to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued during their stay. Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of our facilities, from the reception and bar to the rooms and corridors, and found our staff to be very friendly. It is also great to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of our generously sized beds, as well as the well-maintained condition of our bathrooms. However, we regret to hear that the noise from the nearby train tracks affected the tranquility of your stay. While our windows are double-glazed and we do provide earplugs to mitigate any external noise, we understand that this may not always meet the expectations of peace and quiet for all our guests. Moreover, when seeking a quieter experience, we recommend our top floor rooms facing the river, which are generally quieter and offer a serene view. Finally, we are pleased that the strategic location of our hotel, just a short walk from the heart of Amsterdam, added value to your stay. Our central position is ideal for guests looking to explore the city and enjoy the proximity to various attractions and public transport options. We are hoping to welcome you back in the future.
