the breakfast service for groups is very very bad. They do not comply with EU/EU regulations in APCC food health risks. they touch everything with their hands when replenishing, they don't have gluten-free products and they don't abbot. that is you stay four days and they are not xapavws to react to this need. endless queues to choose a simple coffee and bread. workers do not respond to customers, they seem to leave us. it's a shame!! otherwise just correct.

Algumas razões que mostram o porque esse hotel não vale o que cobra: - atendentes no check in e room service não falam inglês - ficamos 7 diarias, sendo que 3 delas tivemos que pedir para levarem as toalhas ,pois limparam o quarto e não colocaram novas - longe do metro - não tem serviço de concierge - cafe da manha caro

We spent 2 days in this hotel for our vacation trip, arrived late at night, but cheked in fast, there always someone at thé réception desk, free bus from hotel ti the metro. Good, clean rooms, smiling and helpful stuff👍

Very good hotel , stuff is smiling and kind , rooms are clean. We liked the attention to our couple as we had spent our anniversary and they put a beautiful decoration, that was really touching attention.

We had a fantastic stay, everything was as stated and the hostesses were very nice and warm people, our rooms were very clean and everything was pitch perfect as the photographs, we were very delighted and will return again!
