1. We were given rooms already occupied! Guest were inside. My kids were really terrified by this experience. It took very long time to fix this. 2. We were not given connected rooms although that was requested at reservation time.

This hotel looks great in the photos...however I would say it's not so much in person. I wish I read the other TripAdvisor reviews before going here. First of all, my room was not ready when I got to the property. I had to wait almost two hours. No worries. Secondly, the rooms are very dated. We had connecting rooms, and in one of the rooms AC was working, in the other it wasnt working at all. My key cards stopped working 2x during my stay (it was annoying having to get them reprogrammed). This is really a four star hotel at best......you'll step into the early 2000s when you go here though. Plus point is they have onsite parking.

We arrived at this hotel on a Tuesday afternoon after a long wait for a taxi at Gare du Nord. Reception was not busy but had to wait another two hours for rooms. Rooms are a decent size for Paris, clean but definitely showing their age. Overall it was an ok stay and perhaps better suited for business travelers on a short stay. I will review the restaurant Quite & Sens separately, but beware service is slow and it’s expensive for what you get.

Worst ever experience, the hotel seems to be good online.. But, we are staying here and current experience we can share. Worst ever, Room service line is always busy for the last 3 days straight. No one can get help whatsoever.. Only front desk line is open and no one can help. Even when asked about Manager, no one called back. We have been traveling to Paris for a while and choose this hotel as got good price and big room for family, Family Suite we booked. but the service is really really bad and no one is ready to help.. We are staying one more night as already paid.. but will ensure not to depend upon them for anything..
