Dear Mr K., Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of our restaurant and fitness room during your stay. The restaurant was exceptionally closed due to a private event , but we ensured that our room service remained available to all guests. Regarding the fitness room, a technical issue unfortunately made it unavailable for a short period — this has since been fully resolved. We understand how important these facilities are to your experience and regret the lack of prior communication.
