Pretty terrible really

We've stayed in many Novotels but this is definitely the worst. Rooms are basic and ours had a slight smell of smoke. For some reason neither room in our party was cleaned though we were out all day. Breakfast was basic and completely unattended. Staff seemed mostly disinterested. On the plus side the rooms were at least clean but need refurbishment. We chose this hotel because of the pool but it was really dirty and sad. Overall, very poor.

Good day, I want to express my gratitude to the Novotel hotel, a very good hotel! friendly responsive staff, all conditions are made for customers. Special thanks for your receptionist Zawa, she is a pleasant conversationalist, I admire the way she does her job with her soul, I am glad that Zawa chose your hotel and I want to say in conclusion take care of her.

Perfect recepsonist Iliana always smile and always helpful.thank you for everything ilana.location and hotel are good.rooms are clean.breakfast was normal.pool and the restaruant was clean and useful.there are many restaurants and market cloesed to hotel

Uncomfortable stay - hot - No Air Conditioning

I normally avoid negative comments, however my experience was not good, and I hope to help someone else avoid the same uncomfortable experience. On day 1 - I noticed there was no air conditioning, room was hot and uncomfortable. Front desk said maintenance was working to restore AC. Day 2 - told same thing but AC remained out. Day 3 - told AC was out only on 'some' floors, but they could not find an available room on another floor where the AC was working. In summary, I would not stay here in the future because I was not offered to be moved to another room with AC, not offered any refund for the discomfort. When the window was opened for some fresh air, mosquitoes, bugs entered the room. Thus, had to choose between being hot, or bitten by mosquitoes, bugs. No refund offered for the discomfort.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff to help, marcus really excellent hotelier ,help me with every request and always with a smile,eventhough there is a language barrier, he's trying his best to accomodate our needs....will definitely come back... keep up the good work
