Teeny tiny bathroom - avoid!

The room has a tiny bathroom. It is so small. You have to leave the bathroom door open to brush your teeth. If you sit on the toilet, you have to do so diagonally cause your legs won’t fit if you sit straight. To get into the bathroom you have to fully open the bathroom door because otherwise you cut off your own path. It’s absolutely hideous.

Accor grup üyesi olarak gittiğim her yerde Accor oteli varsa orda kalırım, 4 ekim tarihindeki konaklamamız esnasında maalesef ilk defa havaların soğuk olduğu bir dönemde ne klimanın ne kaloriferin çalışmadığını gördük. İki oda almıstık ve cocuklarımız yanımızdaydı. Resepsiyondam yardım istedik ve bir tane küçük ısıtıcı getirdiler, yani koca otelde bir tane daha yokmus! Değişerek kullanın tavsiyesi aldık. Isıtma niye yok diye sorunca kalorifer peteklerinin değişeceğini söylediler, ısıtamadığınız bir oteli hala niye satıyorsunuz? Bu alenen yalan söylemek değilmi? Web sitesinde veya Accor uygulamasında bu otelin ısıtma sistemleri çalışmıyor diye bir ibare yok! Insanlar yüzlerce km uzaktan sizin soğuk odanzıda kalmak için mi geldi? Ben bu konuyu Accor otellerinin müşteri hizmetlerine zaten bildireceğim ama otelin kendi yönetiminin bu kadar umursamaz olması çok şaşırtıcı.

Since 3 stars means average on Tripadvisor, average is at most what this hotel deserves. Supposed air conditoning of a very warm (though setting said 21 degrees) meant sweating through a summer's night. Thankfully hotel was kind enough to offer a small fan. Sheets had holes in them, towels small and thin. Stay only for convenience. Note you only get replies for 5 star reviews from the hotel :)

An easy walk from the train station the Frankfurt Centrum is perfectly located for touring Frankfurt.
