This is part of the existing configuration of our city-centre hotel, and we understand that the space, particularly around the toilet, may feel restrictive depending on each guest’s expectations and needs. Dear Omar, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased that, despite your overall disappointment, you highlighted the friendliness of our team. We are sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the temperature, our hotel is equipped with a centralized air-cooling system rather than individual air conditioning, and we acknowledge that its effectiveness can be limited during periods of very high temperatures. Fans are also available from reception upon request and subject to availability. We are particularly attentive to your comments regarding the smell and the condition of the carpets. Cleanliness is an essential part of our standards, and this feedback will be followed up with our teams. We are also sorry that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. Our buffet offers a varied selection of sweet and savoury products, including breads and pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, hot items, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, juices and hot drinks. Algemeen heel ondermaats. Personeel is wel vriendelijk. Maar er was geen airco, kamers waren snikheet. Het rook er muf en beschimmeld. Tapijt overal heel vies. Prijs kwaliteit was echt niet in orde. Ontbijt viel heel erg tegen, enige dat beetje eetbaar was waren de ontbijtkoeken. Verder is dit zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
