False charges at this hotel completely ruined my vacation.

Beware of staying at this hotel where they charged me for rooms I never booked. My stay at this hotel went from 4 stars to 0 stars as soon as I received my credit card statement. This hotel charged me correctly for my two rooms, but then included another false charge for two additional rooms that I never booked. They claim I booked these additional rooms and never showed up. I pointed out to the hotel that they never sent me a confirmation or any evidence at all that two additional rooms were booked but they ignored that logic. I also pointed out that I checked into the hotel and stayed in my two legitimate rooms yet no one at the registration desk ever mentioned there were two additional rooms they thought I booked. How could they think I never showed up while I was staying in their hotel? All my logic has fallen on deaf ears at this Ibis hotel. They are still billing me hundreds of dollars for their mistake in making a false claim. Their customer service is non-existent.

I’ve stayed in the ibis for a night in order to a catch a morning flight after coming an evening before from a connection. The hotel is located outside the cdgval (free shuttle ) Roisseypole station . It’s well connected to the other terminals . The hotel itself is self is rather big and offers 2 restaurants and a bar . The breakfast is served from 0500 am . The rooms are large but sufficient enough for some hours of sleep before heading to your next flight . When I was there . I’ve waited for 30 min at check in around 2200 pm, but during that time I was able to buy wine in the bar .

This is an airport hotel, room was shall we say functional, felt like a students dorm room, but bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Check in staff were surly and not at all friendly.

Treated disrespectfully by an extremely RUDE staff at check-in, small beds and choked toilet. Noisy plumbing at night.

I was treated disrespectfully by an extremely RUDE staff at check-in! She did the Credit card dynamic currency conversion (DCC) scam on me by selecting the home currency option for me, even though it should be for the customer to choose. When I asked her to re-do the transaction, her attitude turned pretty rotten and even though we had been conversing well in English up to that point, she started speaking to me rudely in FRENCH, shoved the POS machine into my face and commanding me to “SIGN! SIGN!”. Extremely shocking behavior, even the guests around us were in shock. Complained to the hotel and ALL Accor group with no replies to date. On the room, the ‘twin’ beds are narrower than Twin, and even thought the room looked new, the water in the sink went down very slowly and the toilet choked after a few flushes. Throughout the night, there was constant audible plumbing and water noises from the toilet (we were on the first floor and seems like all the water from above flows past noisily) which disturbed our sleep. We would have slept better and been treated with more dignity if we had just SLEPT ON THE FLOOR AT THE TERMINAL instead! I would give this hotel a ZERO star review, if not for the friendly and efficient barman (one and only star for his good service). Needless to say, I cancelled ALL my upcoming hotel reservations with ALL Accor group and will not renew their membership. s!

Basic room - aircon claimed but it really isnt. Sealed window so a bit warm in September - who knows what its like in summer. The whole room is cramped, with little space and I've had bigger bathrooms on cruise ships. We didnt eat there as we ate in the terminal before the flight out. Its fine if you are too exhausted to care but its not a pleasure staying there. In UK/US terms, its more basic than a Travelodge or an Econolodge as at least those have space in the room to open a case. Two stars if being generous
