This hotel was chosen because of its good location: close to a metro station and not just one. We stayed here a year ago, there were some small problems, but they were forgotten. This time the impressions were terrible. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, the receptionist checked our reservation, said that the room would be ready after 2 p.m. and we could leave our luggage in the storage room for 4 euros (nowadays in museums they give a special token for the lockers, but here it is real money). We left our luggage and went to the museum. Imagine our shock when suddenly at 18 o'clock a letter arrived that our reservation was cancelled! Our evening was ruined. We rushed to the hotel and all we heard was about the hotel's policy and that we did not guarantee our stay with the card, so there was no room for us. My arguments that the reservation was made a month in advance, that we passed 6 Accor hotels in a week and there were no doubts about my card, were brushed aside and I again listened to the thesis about the hotel's policy. Finally, another manager showed up and admitted that since we were there in the morning, they would accommodate us. The room was super tiny. They are generally small in this hotel, but it was a closet. We were not offered any compensation for the lost time and nerves. Never again! And I do not recommend it to anyone!

Very small room and bathroom. No closet in the room. Bed also quite small. It was very cold in the room. Heating didn’t work. Not a lot of choice at breakfast. Good thing about hotel is the location, metro stations are near. Across the street also two very good pizzerias.

Stayed one night in a second level room. The location was great, one 5 minutes from Bastille and a couple of metro stops from all the main famous sites of Paris. The hotel was comfortable, rooms clean and cost. The room was small but the beds comfortable and functional. Breakfast was ok but nothing special .

The lobby was big with a football table and arcade machine. There were also lots of plants around which was a nice touch. Our room was tiny and there was not much space, but you could leave the luggages under the bed. The desk was tiny but there were many compartments. The bathroom was very bare and did not have a big sink. The shower was very small and there was not a shower holder, so I had to wrap it around the water control thing. The breakfast seemed pretty good, with a good selection of food. The hotel was not close to any of the famous Parisian monuments.

This was a pleasant surprise. Great location, really lovely cafes just outside, easy access to metro. The rooms are small, but functional. Very comfortable bed, hot shower. No frills, but all that was needed for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Pleasant lobby/ bar.
