Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen und man ist in ein paar Minuten mitten im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr sauber. Sie sind etwas klein aber es hat alles was man benötigt. Das Frühstück ist sensationell und hatte alles was mein Herz begehrt.

Die Kopfkissen waren dermaßen fest und dick , das sowohl meine Frau als auch ich diese nachts weg getan haben und mit Kopfschmerzen und Nackenschmerzen aufgewacht sind. Die Betten an sich waren gut. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Ausstattung einfach. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral- man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt.

Sehr praktisch gelegen, Parkplatz in Parkhaus nebenan mietbar. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit Möglichkeit von Petitdéjeuner express, wenn man wenig essen möchte, Getränke à discrétion. Rund um die Uhr kann man etwas bestellen. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer klein, wenig Platz für Koffer, alles ein wenig eng. Für Kurzaufenthalte geeignet.

Das Hotel bindet sich 2 Minuten Fußweg von der Altstadt entfernt. Es hat uns gut gefallen, unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war ausreichend groß, das Doppelbett bequem, alles war sauber und trotz Straße war es ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Der Frühstücksraum war relativ klein und trotz Andrang ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, und jeder konnte dort etwas finden. Das angenehme ist, dass man jeder Zeit selbst Tee kochen kann und sich seine Wasserflasche auffüllen kann. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und es gab keine Sprachprobleme. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolle Lage, Zimmer extrem klein. Für 2 Nächte gerade noch okay, war aber dann froh abzureisen. Bad war an sich ok. Waschbecken aber ebenfalls viel zu klein und Toilette „ungemütlich“ in die Ecke gezwängt. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Der zweimalige nächtliche Alarm war alles andere als angenehm - aber dafür können Sie nichts. Dass Informationen dazu ausgeblieben sind schon. Ausserdem mussten wir unsere Schlüsselkarten zweimal neu programmieren lassen. Mir scheint, Ihr System steckt noch in Schwierigkeiten.

Nachts ist die Alarmanlage losgegangen, in der Rezeption war eine sichtlich überforderten junge Dame. Es gab keine Informationen oder verhaltenanweisungen. Gästen gingen wieder in ihren Zimmern, dann war die Alarmanlage wieder aktiv. Von fachkundigen Personal war nichts zu sehen. So mußten wir irgendwann ins Zimmer ohne zu wissen ob es richtig war. Das Zimmer hatte separaten Dusche und WC. Im WC Raum gab kein Fenster und keinen elektrische Lüftung.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber in einer ruhigen Straße. Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer und waren damit rundum zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Parkplätze beim Hotel zu einem fairen Preis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Klimaanlage konnte sich nicht selbstständig einstellen lassen. Ich muss jedes Mal zu Rezeption weil das Telefon auf dem Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat und dann hat sich die Klimaanlage nachts einfach selbst angeschalten. Sie war sehr laut. Als ich einmal um 0 Uhr zurück kam musste ich erstmal fünf Minuten warten weil die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. In anderen Hotels kann man mit einem Code oder mit der Karte vom Zimmer das Hotel betreten. Insgesamt fand ich den Aufenthalt daher eher unzufriedenstellend.
