We are especially pleased that you enjoyed our ideal location close to the Old Town, our comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning, spacious breakfast area and varied breakfast buffet, as well as our garage facilities and the warm welcome from our team. We are truly sorry that your towel was not changed despite being placed in the bathtub. Please accept our sincere apologies. This does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide, and we will share your feedback with our housekeeping team. We also fully understand your comment regarding the elevator. We are aware that having only one elevator can sometimes lead to longer waiting times, particularly in the morning. During the renovation of the hotel, we had planned to add a second elevator; unfortunately, this was not permitted by the French heritage authorities due to the protected nature of the building. We sincerely regret that we cannot provide this additional comfort. For guests staying on the lower floors, however, our staircase also provides an alternative to the elevator, particularly during busy periods. Finally, we are particularly pleased that you appreciated our sustainability initiatives, giving them a 100/100 rating. Your recognition of these efforts means a great deal to us. Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Mercure Colmar hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Weniger der Willkommens -Drink. Hatten Weisswein und Rotwein probiert, konnten nach dem ersten Schluck nicht mehr weitertrinken, da er uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt hat 👎👎. Schade.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstückbuffet war gut und ausreichend. Die Altstadt von Colmar ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken im Hotel ist unkompliziert. Ein Aufenthalt für einen Städtetrip ist empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, zu Fuss ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Einziger kleiner Mangel, das Parkhaus ist für grosse Fahrzeuge eher eng, aber es geht, wenn man ein, zweimal rein und raus ist. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer gemütlich und die Betten sehr bequem, sowie ist das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich.

Hat alles was man von einem Mittelklassehotel erwarten darf. Sehr gutes Frühstück im angenehmen Ambiente. Sauberes gut ausgestattes mit genügend Ablagen versehenes aber etwas kleines Zimmer. Im Bad dürften gerne mehr Handtuchhaken sein, ansonsten voll ausreichend.

Hat alles bestens gepaßt. Einzig die Sauna hat mich etwas verwundert. Um von der Sauna zur Dusche zu kommen, mußt ich durch den GYM und anschließend wieder zurück in den recht kleinen Ruheraum. Wäre das anders hätte ich 10 Pkt vergeben
