However, we are sincerely sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the allocation of your room upon arrival, we truly apologize for the confusion experienced. It appears that several simultaneous arrivals led to a room being assigned at the exact same moment, which unfortunately caused this inconvenience. This is an exceptional situation that we had never encountered before. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. We also apologize for the waiting time that followed and fully understand your dissatisfaction. We take your comments very seriously regarding the friendliness of our team as well as the variety offered at breakfast. Regarding breakfast, we do strive to offer a wide and generous selection in order to satisfy as many guests as possible. We are sorry if it did not fully meet your expectations during your stay and we carefully take note of your feedback. Regarding electric vehicle charging, we fully understand that this is an important point. However, as the parking facility is not owned by the hotel and is subject to condominium regulations, we are unfortunately not allowed to install charging stations at this time. Gut gelegen für einen Kurzaufenthalt und Ausflüge in den Stadtkern. Das Bad ist ein wenig beengt und die Duschabtrennung war leider nicht ausreichend, um den Boden trocken zu halten. Super Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Servicekräfte an allen Stationen.
