Dear Mr. B., Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that you found the location of the Hotel Rotary MGallery Geneva to be a positive experience. Our hotel is indeed ideally located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Lake Geneva and the charming Old Town. However, we deeply regret that you experienced problems with the Wi-Fi connection and that your ALL - Accor Live Limitless status was not recognised during your stay. We hope that despite these inconveniences, you were still able to enjoy the distinctive atmosphere and personal service that our boutique hotel has to offer. The next time you visit us, we would like to invite you to discover some of our unique facilities, such as our fitness room and sauna, or to relax by the fireplace in our bar during the winter months. Our staff always strives to create an unforgettable experience and we are grateful that you succeeded. Nevertheless, we regret that the shower in the bathroom did not fully meet your expectations. Dear Mr S., Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased that you appreciate our hotel's proximity to the city centre and its luxurious character. Hotel Rotary MGallery Geneva's central location allows our guests to easily explore Geneva's rich cultural and business districts. We apologise that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that an optimal room temperature is essential for a good night's sleep and regret that the temperature in your room was not to your liking. Regarding the size and light in the room, we aim to provide a cosy and warm atmosphere inspired by the unique design of our rooms. However, we take your preference for a more spacious room with more light and views seriously and will take this into account in our future planning. Our breakfast options offer a combination of a cold buffet and à la carte hot dishes to suit various preferences, but we will consider your suggestions for a more extensive buffet. We regret that you felt the value for money was not balanced, and will discuss this concern internally. While we are proud of our sustainability initiatives, we regret that our efforts in this area did not fully meet your expectations.
