Dear Mr. B., Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that you found the location of the Hotel Rotary MGallery Geneva to be a positive experience. Our hotel is indeed ideally located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Lake Geneva and the charming Old Town. However, we deeply regret that you experienced problems with the Wi-Fi connection and that your ALL - Accor Live Limitless status was not recognised during your stay. We hope that despite these inconveniences, you were still able to enjoy the distinctive atmosphere and personal service that our boutique hotel has to offer. The next time you visit us, we would like to invite you to discover some of our unique facilities, such as our fitness room and sauna, or to relax by the fireplace in our bar during the winter months. Our staff always strives to create an unforgettable experience and we are grateful that you succeeded. Nevertheless, we regret that the shower in the bathroom did not fully meet your expectations. We take your comment to heart and strive to improve every guest experience. Finally, we are delighted that you enjoyed our extensive breakfast. We offer a variety of cold dishes and hot dishes served to order, all included in the price of the breakfast buffet, to give our guests the best possible start to the day.
