El hotel es encantador, la decoración, las habitaciones y la vista son espectaculares. El personal de recepción es muy amable y agradezco mucho el upgrade que recibí a una habitación con vista al puerto. Para una visita veraniega a Marsella recomendaría mucho quedarse en este hotel. Sin embargo, me gustaría hacer notar que el personal encargado del desayuno no es muy amable, nadie te explica donde se consiguen las bebidas, o que puedes pedir huevos fritos/omelettes si así lo deseas, en ese aspecto me parece que podrían mejorar, ya sea contratando más personal para el desayuno o asignando a una persona que reciba a los clientes y les explique la dinámica del desayuno, todo lo demás del desayuno estuvo perfecto y esto más que una crítica es una sugerencia.
