시설이 현대식이라 편함. 깔끔한 객실과 편안한 침대. 풍성하고 다양한 아침식사. 특히 일본인 직원이 같은 동양인이라 미소스프와 죽이 있다고 알려주고 잘 챙겨주어서 감사합니다.

친절한 미소로 스피디하지만 천천히 또박또박 말씀해주시면서 체크인을 진행해서 고객에 대한 배려가 느껴져 첫 느낌이 좋았어요. 기대하지 않았던 최상층 코너 디럭스룸(?) 업그레이드와 미니바 무료(무려 1회 리필)!!! 룸에 들어서자마자 기분좋은 향이 나서 기분이 좋았는데 웰컴카드와 함께 자그마한 선물(록시땅 미니 핸드크림과 필로우향수)도 놓여 있네요. 체크아웃시 공항가는 택시도 예약했는데 20분 먼저 와서 대기하고 계시고 굿바이 선물로 모차르트 초코렛도 받았어요. 호텔측과 교류는 많지 않았지만 다른 분들 리뷰처럼 마지막까지 '해줄수 있는 것은 다해줄께 ' 그런 느낌?을 받아서 세심한 서비스와 유기적으로 체계가 잘 잡혀 있는 호텔이라 매우 편안하고 기분좋게 숙박했어요.
