Mostly excellent staff - very friendly. Food pretty good considering it was cooked in bulk for our party of 27. Fairly good location but not for an evening stroll as too far from centre. Bit strange to have the bar in the dining room - you had to carry drinks through reception to another room if not eating. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in bedrooms but lack of drawers and cupboards for things like books, iPads, jewellery, and no milk for hot drinks - had to ask every day. Poor quality bathroom towels (thin and scratchy), cheap toilet paper (if you need to use 6-7 squares it’s a false economy), but worst of all is the cheap furniture. Wardrobe in particular has sharp edges that cut the skin on my arm, yet when I went to reception for first aid (having used up the plasters I brought with me) they had one small plaster that was no good. I had to go to a pharmacy next day to buy a box. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel, more like 3.

Quiet hotel within easy walking distance of Rouen centre. Rooms well appointed and clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast choices excellent. Didn't eat in restaurant for dinner so cannot comment. Overall would thoroughly recommend.

Good Hotel, with friendly staff, and a nice tidy condition, friendly staff. The underground parking was okay, reasonably easy to navigate. Good breakfast with options, and we liked the bar area. The hotel is an easy walk into the centre of Rouen. There was no Wifi on the night we were there, although we later found we could use the IBIS Wifi

Good room and parking. The breakfast was excellent. Welcome was pretty poor but the staff later were much friendlier. Good for an overnight stop and a couple of extra nights exploring Rouen. Shall stay again on journeys to France in the near future.

This is a good hotel in Rouen. We used Rouen as a base to go the Paris Olympics. The room were clean although the air con was a bit hot and miss. The staff were helpful and friendly (although they did mess up on early morning taxi when rushing for a train - it ended up fine). The breakfasts were good. Pretty cost effective and well located for a short walk into the main part of town.
