We are delighted that you found our staff to be friendly and helpful, and that you enjoyed the comfort of our rooms and the extensive choices available at our breakfast in L’Ambiance. However, we regret to hear about your disappointment regarding the dining options in our restaurant and the availability of our bar and spa. We understand how these aspects can impact the overall experience and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our aim is to offer a variety of choices in our restaurant, and we will consider your feedback for future improvements. Regarding the spa, unforeseen maintenance issues can arise, and while we strive to keep all facilities in top condition, sometimes closures are necessary to ensure the highest standards of service.
