It is always a pleasure to hear that guests recognize the value we provide with our competitive pricing compared to more centrally located accommodations. However, we regret to hear about the flooding in your bathroom and the challenges it may have posed. We understand that accessibility is crucial for all our guests, and we apologize for any inconvenience our location may have caused for those with reduced mobility. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you enjoyed your morning walks and the ease of public transport to the city center from our hotel. Our location by the river offers a serene environment, and with the metro stations Overamstel and Spaklerweg just a short walk away, guests can reach the heart of Amsterdam within minutes.
