Quitando que una de las toallas estaba sucia y el soporte del papel higiénico un poco roto, la habitación, ubicación, limpieza de la habitación, etc. estaba muy bien. Unicamente he tenido un problema, he extraviado un AirPod en la habitación, estara en la cama ya que lo uso para dormir. He contactado con el hotel por escrito varias veces sin recibir respuesta alguna, por telefono tambien lo he intentado y he corrido la misma suerte. Me gustaria saber si han encontrado este AirPod en la habitación para organizar un transporte y recogerlo. Muchas gracias! Un saludo, Oscar B.

Todo ha sido perfecto. La amabilidad del personal, el tamaño de la habitación, la comodidad de la cama y el desayuno muy variado. Como única pega, he intentado reservar para el año que viene pero solo se permite hacer la reserva con pago por adelantado, algo que no sucedió en mi reciente estancia, que pude pagar al llegar al hotel.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación en el centro de Tilburg. Los empleados fueron muy amables y el hotel en general estaba renovado y en muy buen estado. El problema es que la habitación era muy ruidosa, estuve escuchando todos ruidos de la calle durante toda la noche y apenas pude dormir. En la habitación hacía frío y el termostato no funcionaba ya que lo puse al máximo de temperatura y seguía haciendo frío. No así en el baño que tenía un gran radiador y hacía muy buena temperatura dentro. El colchón era cómodo pero la almohada era muy incómoda. El desayuno estaba muy bien, era variado y completo. Lo único es que había bastante gente a la hora en que bajé y era un poco difícil encontrar una mesa libre pero por lo demás bien.

Normally I should put a 10 due to the service, location... but the air-conditioning and the minibar is a completely disaster.

La atención fue excelente y nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en casa. Todo impecable y el desayuno excelente también. La ubicación del hotel nos permitió tener una grata estadía en la ciudad de Tilburg. Nuestro hijo estudia en Tilburg University y vamos a regresar a hospedarnos en el hotel.
