Dear sir, Madam Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the facilities such as the steam room and sauna. However, we’re truly sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the temperature of the pool and hot tub, we apologize for the inconvenience. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of your room with a balcony, the heated pool, and the friendliness and availability of our team. We understand your surprise regarding the absence of a minibar in your room. For ecological reasons, we have chosen to remove minibars from our superior rooms: the discontinuation of plastic water bottles made them largely unused. Instead, we now offer fresh water at all times via a fountain with reusable carafes. Additionally, as our reception is open 24/7, guests are welcome to store their drinks or food at the hotel bar under optimal conditions. We acknowledge that this information had not yet been updated on the Accor website at the time of your booking. Thanks to your feedback, we were able to escalate the issue to hotel management, who have since made the necessary corrections. We thank them for their responsiveness. Lastly, we’re sorry for the noise disturbances around the pool. We will continue to raise awareness among our guests to help preserve everyone’s peace and quiet. We're glad to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of our hotel and the kindness of our staff—especially Karine, who will be delighted to hear your kind words! We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations, especially with children. While our hotel is indeed a peaceful retreat ideal for golfers, we’d like to highlight that we are located just 1 kilometer from the charming village of Port-en-Bessin, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and a lively harbor atmosphere. For families, there are several leisure parks and museums within a 15-minute drive, and our team at reception is always happy to provide a list of recommended activities for children. We also have an outdoor swimming pool on-site and are just 800 meters from a scenic cycling route. Bicycles can even be delivered directly to the hotel upon request.
