This is a surprisingly good hotel. It is located conveniently 4 tram stops from both train stations. The young ladies at the reception and the (I guess) manager gentleman were all kind and professional. The gymn is a bit dated but spacious and the sauna is really a nice touch; just ask them to switch it on before you intend to go. Breakfast was quite nice with a few special touches, I would stay German standard (which is quite good). I recommend this place and would return next time I visit Cologne.

Miałem dwa pokoje. 1 osobowy miał ładny, nowoczesny wystrój, a 2 osobowy wyglądał jak z lat 2000. Niemniej było czysto i wygodnie. Śniadania różnorodne i smaczne.

Shockingly unprofessional management, particularly Mr. Marc Flasche (Director / General Manager), furthermore, the overall service provided by the staff did not meet the standards expected from a Mercure hotel., and the entire experience was a nightmare!

Very friendly hotel with attentive service, excellente price value performance; Clean and large room with balcony. It is great to have the parking garage within the building. old center town in walking distance. Nice bar with very friendly service.
