Mieliśmy bardzo udany pobyt w Mercure Hotel Severinshof Köln City. Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony, z wygodnym dostępem do centrum i najważniejszych atrakcji Kolonii. Pokoje są czyste, komfortowe i dobrze wyposażone, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć po całym dniu. Wieczorem w restauracji mogliśmy liczyć na bardzo dobry serwis. Obsługa była profesjonalna, uprzejma i bardzo komunikatywna. Szczególnie chcemy wyróżnić Michaela za jego podejście do gości i wysoki poziom obsługi. Na plus zasługuje również smaczne śniadanie oraz ogólna atmosfera hotelu. Cały obiekt jest zadbany, spokojny i przyjazny dla gości. To miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie i które z pełnym przekonaniem możemy polecić innym.

Hotel świetnie położny w centrum z bardzo szybkim dojazdem z lotniska. Wszystkie główne atrakcje można odwiedzić na pieszo. Komfortowe pokoje. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Pyszne i urozmaicone śniadanie. Na lekki minus temperatura w pokoju - kaloryfer był zakręcony więc zanim pokój się nagrzał , musiałam jedną noc spać w dresie. W lutym chyba jednak warto by było przed przyjazdem gościa zadbać o ciepło w pokoju.

Hotel w słabym stanie wizualnym (nieskończony remont sufitu w lobby), nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju (papierosy? Kanalizacja?). Drogi, płatny parking. Max 2 gwiazdki, nie 4.
