Another business visit. A club sandwich in the hotel restaurant & bar tonight. Great choice. Nice staff. See you soon again!

Sıcak ayarlı klimayı kapatmama rağmen oda gece çok sıcak oldu. Hiç uyuyamadım bütün gece terledim. Başka bir odada kalan arkadaşım da aynı problemi yaşadığını dile getirdi. Çok rahatsız bir deneyimdi, bir daha tercih etmem. Bunun dışında odalar temiz ve kahvaltı güzeldi.

Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only. Good hotel but not local to centre

The hotel itself looks modern and clean when entering the main reception area and the same can be said for all the communal areas. The rooms I would say are again clean and tidy but we just felt they seemed a little dated compared to the communal areas. However the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. If anything the only downside to the rooms was the shower wasn’t very powerful. The staff are all very friendly and will help out as much as possible. The breakfast had everything you needed from fully cooked (8 different options), cereals, fruits and cheese/meat selections. Overall breakfast was very good. The main issue staying here was it was about 2 miles from city centre (1 mile from train station). Although a very easy straight walk. We didn’t find any local shops in the area either. Not saying there weren’t any we just didn’t find them and carried food back from the train station if we wanted snacks. There are nearby trains but we like to walk and explore but others might want to train or be closer to the centre. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and grandson stayed here for Euros, lovely big room, brekkie was so good. However my grandson took a seizure at the Fanzone, the staff were amazing allowing us a late check out not charging and honestly taking care of us all. Thank you so much, your employers should be so proud.
