Dear Mr. C., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We are sorry to read that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We were, however, surprised by your feedback regarding our breakfast buffet, which is recognised for its variety and extensive selection designed to satisfy the preferences of each guest. We are also sorry to hear that the cuisine at our Blue Lemon restaurant did not meet your expectations. Regarding the sunbeds, this service is available at an additional charge, as is common in many 4-star hotels on the French Riviera. Our guests do, however, benefit from a preferential rate. Finally, a hotel renovation project is currently underway, and model rooms have already been finalised in order to progressively modernise our spaces.
