Das Personal ist sehr schlecht ausgebildet. Bestellungen müssen 2-3 Mal gemacht werden, damit man endlich die Getränke erhält.

Der Service am Pool und am Beach war ausserordentlich schlecht. Man musste die Getränke 2 bis 3 Mal bestellen, bevor sie gebracht wurden. Das Personal ist auch sonst schlecht ausgebildet. Dass man die Liegen als Hotelgast bezahlen muss, 90 Euro, ist eine Frechheit.

Als Diamond leider kein Upgrade Richtung Meer bekommen, stadessen Richtung Beachclub - jeden Abend mega laut, schlafen nicht möglich. Am pool keine Liege ohne Aufpreis dafür zu bezahlen. Kostenlos nur am Strand, da wiederum kein Getränkeservice.

Schon beim Check in Warteschlangen, zu langsamer Check in und nicht funktionierte EDV; TEPPICHE IM GANG fleckig; Zimmer mit Meerblick kalt und spartanisch; Für die Liege am Hotel-Pool zahlt man zwischen 60 und 120 EUR pro Tag obwohl das Zimmer schon über 400 kostet - plus Parkplatz nochmal 20 pro Tag. Überfüllt und zu wenig Liegen am Pool/Strand weil man auch an Nichthotelgäste vermietet. Einzig positiv: Essen und Service im Restaurant.

Your stay took place during one of the weddings, which may affect the smooth running of the check-in and the speed of the service. We are sorry and are doing everything in our power to remedy this. Indeed, our private car park with valet service is subject to a charge, as in all 4* or 5* hotels in France. This is mentioned on all our websites, on our booking confirmations and of course, a display is available on the valet desk when you arrive. However, if you prefer, you can park in the public car park located right in front of the hotel. Just like the deckchair service is paid, as is the case in all 4* hotels on the Côte d'Azur.
