Great location right in the historic centre of Perpignan.

A small but entirely functional hotel right in the historic centre of this beautiful city. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was great, the room, although small, was clean and functional, with great air conditioning. The bathroom, again on the small side, but with everything you need. We went out for breakfast to one of the many pavement cafés.

Budget hotel

We were with a coach party and had an overnight stay here. The hotel has a lovely entrance with an ornate staircase leading up to the first floor. This was where the breakfast buffet was with a seated area and food preparation. There was one lift for 6 people and this was very busy if you had several people trying to use it at the same time. We were on floor 7 and decided to use the stairs. However the stairs up to floor 3 were normal stairs and then for us on floor 7 it was a very tight spiral staircase with limited handrail which in all honesty would be quite dangerous for most people. Our room had a very budget feel with paper cups and a poor hospitality tray. However the bed was good. Breakfast was a good continental selection with a limited supply of hot food. There was a 4 slice toaster machine but only one side was working so it was very slow to get toast if a couple of people were waiting. A good supply of coffee and tea but no plant milk. This is a budget hotel which shows especially in the bedroom, probably ok for a night stay but if you intend to stay longer it would be best to look elsewhere.

Hotel has a convenient location but is old. Got an upgrade to a privilege room or better two-floor apartment. Unfortunately, it was unpleasant change. The staircase was narrow and steep, unfriendly in case you need to take a suitcase up. Breakfast was OK but as always in France with a low variety and no vegetables. For the first time in my life the welcome drink was offered only to a single guest from the room.

We really enjoyed our stay, everybody is very friendly and always ready to help, nice decoration, clean and quiet rooms. Very good location a few steps from the historical center with excellent restaurants nearby.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. We went to our room which was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The hotel is situated in a good central location with lovely views over the square. Breakfast that we had at the weekend was served at really good convenient times and was self serve, it was good and served in a nice area on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable - we slept very well (no noise that we were aware of at all). The hotel was easy to book and check in and out was smooth with no trouble. All in all a lovely place to stay and enjoy this beautiful city.
