Het hotel is meer dan Ok, de kamers ook. Waar het schoentje wringt is bij de service. Mensen zijn vriendelijk genoeg, maar alles is heel traag. Het is niet de eerste keer dat we hier komen, wel de eerste keer in januari, en dit is zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Het is er veel te druk! Ik begrijp dat dit goed is voor het hotel, maar dan moet je er ook wel op voorzien zijn. Er waren veel te weinig stoelen rond het zwembad. Mensen maken er dan de gewoonte van om voor dag en dauw op te staan, een handdoek te leggen en de stoelen te claimen voor de rest van de dag. Er is een regel (die uithangt) die zegt dat stoelen die 40 min. niet bezet zijn opgeruimd zullen worden en beschikbaar gemaakt worden voor andere gasten. Dit gebeurd niet. Als je het niet doet, hang het dan niet uit! Als je dan voor extra stoelen gaat vragen krijg je het antwoord dat er geen meer zijn, en dat je moet wachten tot er vrijkomen, dit gebeurd natuurlijk niet. dit is blijkbaar geen nieuw probleem, want ik heb het meermaals in de klachten zien voorkomen. Doe er iets aan als mensen er een probleem mee hebben. Hoeveel kan een strandstoel kosten.

You are absolutely right to point out that this has been a recurring concern, and we acknowledge that our enforcement of the posted policy regarding unattended loungers was not consistent. Your comment that “if you don’t comply, don’t post it” is well noted and completely understood. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with our management and operations teams. We are actively reviewing our procedures, including stricter enforcement of the sun lounger policy and exploring additional solutions to better manage peak periods and guest expectations. Once again, we are very sorry that this stay did not provide the relaxing experience you had hoped for. While we regret to hear that you may not return in the future, we do appreciate your honest comments, as they help us identify areas that require immediate improvement. Wij hebben 4 dagen kunnen relaxen en genoten in dit eerste klas hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooi zwembad en de ligging direct aan het strand was perfect. Door de verschillende restaurants op het strand konden we ook met onze voeten in het zand eten. Maar ook het restaurant van het hotel was uitstekend.
