We truly appreciate your continued support as a returning guest and are sorry to hear that this recent stay did not meet your expectations. We are pleased to know that you found the hotel and rooms satisfactory and that our team was friendly. However, we sincerely regret that the level of service felt slow during your stay and that the high occupancy in January affected your overall experience. We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the limited availability of pool chairs and the improper reservation of sun loungers. You are absolutely right to point out that this has been a recurring concern, and we acknowledge that our enforcement of the posted policy regarding unattended loungers was not consistent. Your comment that “if you don’t comply, don’t post it” is well noted and completely understood. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with our management and operations teams. We are actively reviewing our procedures, including stricter enforcement of the sun lounger policy and exploring additional solutions to better manage peak periods and guest expectations. Once again, we are very sorry that this stay did not provide the relaxing experience you had hoped for.
