We truly appreciate your honest comments, as they help us better understand our guests’ experiences. We regret to learn that our location did not fully meet your expectations. Veranda Resort Pattaya is intentionally situated slightly away from the city center to offer a more peaceful, beachfront retreat. While many guests enjoy this quieter atmosphere, we understand that it may not be ideal for those who prefer frequent access to central Pattaya. We would like to kindly inform you that the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus service to the city area at four scheduled times daily: 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. However, we sincerely apologize if this information was not clearly communicated during your stay. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we will certainly improve our communication to ensure that all guests are well informed of this service in the future.
