Mooi gebouw met mooie kamers, ieder eigen balkon met uitzicht over de stad. Bedden uitstekend. Staf hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Restaurant wat minder. Kwaliteit prijs verhouding is uit balans. Te duur voor wat er geserveerd wordt. Vrij parkeren.

Hotel Panorama is unique. Wij komen er al meerdere jaren. De lokatie is top, alle kamers hebben een geweldig uitzicht over de stad. De kamers zijn compleet en luxe. Allemaal met een balkon. Enige negatieve ervaring is het restaurant. Prijs kwaliteit lijkt nergens op. Veel te duur, 4 sterren prijs en een geen sterren kwaliteit.

Hotel uitgekozen vanwege de locatie, wat uitstekend was. Mooi uitzicht over de stad en dicht bij het bos voor een mooie wandeling. Bij aankomst was de bediende verrast dat we eerder gearriveerd waren dan aangegeven. Vermoedelijk heeft ze hierdoor weinig of de service voorzieningen van het hotel en/of de omgeving verteld. Hierdoor waren we zelf veelal op zoek wat waar was. Verder vonden we de WiFi tegenvallen. Het ontbijt vonden we aan de schaarse kant met weinig keuze in fruit. Het hotel restaurant vonden we geen betaalbaar alternatief dan in de stad eten, hier hebben we dan ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Als laatste stond aangegeven dat het een Duits/Engels talig hotel was, maar behalve de mensen achter de balie was het veelal Duits, zelfs de ontvangstbrief was alleen in het Duits.

Wij gebruiken dit hotel als stop-over op onze reis naar Italie. De prettige kamers en het uitstekende restaurant zijn goede redenen daartoe. Jammer alleen dat het ontbijt pas om 8.30 begint.
