Un hotel increíble para niños!

Hemos venido una familia con 3 hijos. La comida está muy buena y con variedad,se nota que son alimentos de calidad. El Spa es muy grande,tiene de todo,nos ha encantado. El gimnasio tiene de todo para hacer ejercicio funcional,las máquinas también están bien,alguna no funciona. El parque de bolas es grandisimo,y en buen estado. La habitación cuádruple es justa para 5,pero tiene de todo. El personal muy amable,desde los camareros,cocineros y limpieza. El hotel aunque es antiguo está en buenas condiciones. Estamos muy contentos de haber elegido este hotel,esta en el centro de Andorra la vella,al lado de todos los comercios. Si volvemos a Andorra,no dudaremos en venir aquí.

El Hotel Novotel en si está bien sin grandes lujos, cenamos durante cinco noches en media pensión y la comida estaba muy buena, bien confeccionada y buen sabor. El Spa tiene el inconveniente que hay que salir a la calle al Hotel Mercure de al lado y tienes que ir vestido sin poder utilizar toalla, chanclas o albornoz El Spa parece un jardín de infancia, en vez de ser un sitio de relajación los niños están jugando como si fuera una piscina de un parque de agua. Total que salimos corriendo. El garaje cuesta 26 euros por noche, estuvimos 5 noches 130 euros, un garaje nada del otro mundo. Y finalmente y para rematar la faena, con la cena de 5 días pedimos 2 botellas de vino a 16,50 euros, perfecto el vino lo merecía pero lo que nosotros no sabíamos es que el agua, repito el agua, nos cobraban por una botella de cristal de 3/4, 2,60 euros, una botella de agua NO MINERAL, que traían sin precitar .....pedimos varias botellas a lo largo de los días y el susto fue cuando pedimos la cuenta en recepción del Hotel 21euros en total por el agua.......nos quejamos y nos dijeron que la pasaban por un filtro.....vamos, de risa. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Una pena

Hotel antigo que precisa de reformas. Ficamos em um quarto triplo e a cama extra era terrível. Carpete velho e colchão ruim. A internet é terrível, simplesmente não funciona. Questionei com um funcionário da recepção e ele respondeu que muitos hóspedes estavam usando e por isso não funcionava. O café da manhã é bom e o estacionamento é apertado. O único ponto positivo do hotel é a localização. Não recomendo

Hemos estado 2 parejas en Navidad y la verdad que para nada es un 4 estrellas ni mucho menos. Habitaciones muy antiguas con moqueta sin cuidar y los precios totalmente desorbitados. El bufette de lo más sencillo,con agua no embotellada por 24eu por persona. Fuimos al spa que está en el hotel de al lado y la chica morena joven que nos atendió súper prepotente y mal educada. En resumen que por esos precios y esos servicios hay muchos hoteles alrededor muchísimo mejores

Estamos alojados en el hotel. El wifi NO funciona. Nos han dado dos claves y ninguna de las dos funciona con regularidad. Por la noche es imposible poder recibir mensajes y mucho menos ver algo en internet ni enviar un simple correo electrónico. Está reseña la he tenido que enviar desde fuera del hotel. No carga ni tan siquiera esto Hoy en día es increíble que esto pase..... El sofá cama destroza la espalda. La moqueta de la habitación está muy vieja y sucia. Da asco caminar descalzo. El restaurante con poca variedad pero correcto......
