The hotel is has a simplistic vibe. Clean rooms and easy to locate. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel as I felt safe and I highly recommend this hotel. There are also supermarkets and McDonald's within a 10 minutes walk from the hotel, making it very convenient. The only thing that I didn't really enjoy is the lack of air-conditioning in the breakfast area.

The title says it all. Good location, especially if you are arriving/departing by train and/or are planning on day trips. Close to the center too. Staff is kind and welcoming. But the room? Bad. Really bad. Dirty. Dated. Strange bedding. Just not good. Not 4 star quality. Not even 3 star quality. Surprised Accor and Mercure find this acceptable. It tarnishes their brand in my opinion. I have status with Accor and this simply isn’t worth brand loyalty.

My wife and I stayed here two nights. We were checked in by the friendly and very helpful Mary France. Our room was okay but the carpet needs replacement. It was filthy. Water leaked out from the shower area. Bad design. The commode area is awkward. Breakfast was good. Generally, all the staff were friendly. The location was good.

excellent service by staff and in particular by the manager. it was a very busy time leading into the Christmas market but despite this a late checkout was facilitated. the room was warm and cleaned every day to a high standard. I could see that the team took their lead from the manger and could not be more helpful on check in, during the week and on checkout

Wonderful location for the Christmas markets

We came to Strasbourg for the famous Christmas markets and I found this hotel by chance. This hotel is a little dated, but otherwise very good. It is a great location - an easy 2-stop tram ride from the central station. We were very close to one of the main markets that has the light show starting at 5pm and repeating every hour in the evening. Strasbourg is a smaller city, so we had no issues walking to every single market and making our way down small quaint streets. The room was a bit dated as I mentioned, but clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and they had free water in the lobby for guests, which was a small but very nice amenity. I would definitely recommend this hotel for convenience to public transport and the Christmas markets!
