The Hotel doesnt have air conditioner, and I was located at first floor with internal access, we were afraid to sleep with widow oppened, but there are the only way because was to hot, they started top prepare the breakfast 3am , we were wake and all smeel comes inside the room .We didn´t sleep all night and we did an unsafe drive in the next day from strasburg to stuttgart.It was the worst experience, we asked to change the hotel and pay the difference, but we didn´t get help on that.

A nice hotel by the river. The building's quite old but the rooms are modern and the ones we had were quite large. Staff were helpful and breakfast was nice. Free tea and coffee in the lobby all day too. Only downside is there's no aircon in the rooms, just a fan. There's a car park but it's worth booking a space with the hotel first to ensure you get one. Also access to the hotel and car park is past a no-entry except for authorised vehicles sign, so we had to decide we were authorised because there's no other way...!

Nice room with a small balcony with a great view to Strassbourg. To see the sunset from the balcony was top. Good and varied breakfast. Only 10 minutes walk from the Central Station. Near to all interesting places in "petite France".

Good location for a city trip in Strasbourg, right at the edge of the old town. Although you receive, a discount from the hotel in the public parking, it is rather expensive 18€/day. Many restaurants close by.

中央駅から近い。トラム乗り場に近い。近くにカフェもある。コンビニ風の店にも近い。スーパーにも近い。周囲の景観も綺麗。部屋は少し狭い。ストラスブールのホテルの多くの特徴であるが、エアコンがなくて暑かった。シャワー室の扉の構造が悪く、水が外に出やすい。部屋は清潔。清掃もきちんとされている。朝食も良い。英語も通じやすい。スタッフの対応も良い。

Nice hotel, perfect location. Unfortunately when we visited there was a heat wave, and with no air conditioning, sleep was hopeless, couldn't open the window due to traffic noise. Get a/c and it would be 4*. Staff were lovely.

Clear warning about car parking would have been helpful. Also, the card provided by the hotel for the car park didn't work so we paid full price. Otherwise, very nice room, breakfast and location. Friendly staff.

The whole process, from before arrival to after departure was faultless and thoughtful. All staff were particularly helpful and clearly well trained. Breakfast was excellent, with the two members of staff on duty working extremely hard to keep everything clean and well supplied. The secure parking was well worth the €15 charge considering the hotel location.

We recently spent a weekend in Strasbourg & booked the Ibis Styles hotel because of its central location and affordable price. The reception staff are super friendly and efficient. The rooms are well set out with a nice bathroom, very comfortable bed and good (free) Internet connection. Breakfast was included. Although the choice is somewhat limited, we liked the quality (freshly squeezed orange juice - a treat).

This hotel is brand new, and was set up in a protected, historical building. It seems like that was a really bad idea - as the hotel staff (btw very competent and friendly) told us, this outs heavy restrictions on the construction work. The result seems to be that AccordHotels just put a thick layer of paint on top of the existing foundation, without the necessary cleanup. The rooms are damp, with no A/C, and outs had a very distinct smell of mould that struck as soon as we entered the room. We had booked 2 nights, and arrived after midnight, so we didn't have much of a choice and had to spend the night there. Not surprisingly, we could barely sleep and had severe issues with breathing during the night, lasting the next couple of days for my wife who's allergic. For our second night, we booked a room at the Novotel across the river - that was perfect (and where the staff had also heard of the horrors of the Ibis Styles). We answered Accord Hotel's customer satisfaction survey, but just got a few extremely generic phrases the manager must have pulled from a template. Definitely not what we're used to from AccorHotels!

excellent hotel, friendly, helpful staff, excellent rooms, lovely breakfast. we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again, so handy for the city centre, easy to get to and around. the staff couldnt do enough to help

Lovely location helpful staff good value for money we will be back and stay longer breakfast basic but adequate cannot fault the place really close to a good choice of restaurants Petite France is great and we even saw an otter in the river

Staying at IBIS STYLES is really a great experience. I liked the room design - it was colorful modern, with some elements, that you can easily move around arranging them to your liking. The view from my room was excellent, it looked especially good in the evenings - the flowing river with the lights shimmering in the water and a beautiful church across the river. It is a bit noisy, when you open the window, as this is the city center, but it is not a problem for a sound sleeper.

ロケーションもよく、設備も快適で、気持ちよく休めたが、バスルームの窓にはカーテンかブラインドをつけるか、曇りガラスにしてほしいと思います。

am a gold member accord and they refuse to upgrade me..the hotel was empty , bad breakfast , small room , shower cold and bad wifi connection....better avoid this place and go to others hôtels in the city !
