We are taken aback to learn about your unfortunate experience with our reception team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how crucial first impressions are. We are committed to offering a welcoming and efficient service at ibis Brussels Airport, and it saddens us to hear that we fell short in this instance. Nonetheless, we would like to take this opportunity to highlight the convenience of our hotel's location, situated just a few minutes from Brussels International Airport and with easy access to the city center and local attractions, ensuring a seamless stay for our guests. I will personally look into this internally so this kind of situations won't happen again. Dear Emre, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are very sorry that you had a disappointing stay with us. We strive to provide an excellent standard of service for all our guests, and it appears in this case we fell short. We have just sent your invoice to your personal email you gave at the reception. We still haven't activate our air conditioner and we are still in heating mode. We hope that you will allow us the opportunity of providing you with an improved stay in future. The rooms were really clean and the hotel was near the airport which was very convenient for me.
