Moderate stay, poor and stingy management/service

If you look for a place to be treated as a loyal Accor member you are definitely at the wrong place here. This is equally the same for the Novotel City Center Brussels and I guess all Accor facilities in Brussels are the same. No sense of loyalty, poor service, no amnesty’s, even no water in the rooms, the minibar is empty and serves pure as a furniture gadget in the rooms. However they have a mini supermarket next to the reception to buy these amenity’s you should be entitled to = rediculous. Idem for Novotel City Center.

Good clean rooms with no wierd smells even though the hotel was a bit dated. We stayed as a family of 4, but had a small twin room unlike holiday inn which gave us an executive suite, so the room space was a bit tight. Aircon controls worked very well and we had very comfortable beds. Surprisingly the sound proofing is very good. We could not hear the aeroplanes in the room at all even though the noise was defening outside

We stayed here for 1 night before an early morning flight. The hotel restaurant and waiter staff are the only real positive here. The food was good and everyone was friendly. The bedroom we had (125) wasn't great. The shower was dirty, as was the chair (which was the only place available to put clothes). I'd suggest you that the hotel maybe take dirty furniture out the rooms as sometimes no furniture is better. The same goes for the "art" on the wall... Maybe no art is better than some art... (See pictures) The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were thin, we all woke up with sore necks. Wouldn't stay again even if it was just a convenient stop over. €120 for that night was pretty criminal.

Friendly staff, clean, appropriate and perfectly located. Rooms are spacious, bright and cleaning staff attentive. Food is good but could provide a little more variety like Scandic or Raddison Blu hotels- which offer amazing breakfasts.

Clean, Tidy and comfortable

Stayed here for 3 nights. Checking in was quick and the staff at reception were very welcoming and polite. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious with a small fridge and safe provided. Rooms cleaned daily. The hotel restaurant food choice is limited to several items but the hotel does provide an area you can buy snacks, salad bowls and sandwiches (which sell out very fast) restaurant closes around 2130-2200. 15 Mins to Brussels on public transport or shuttle to airport provided every 30 minutes.
